Have a design idea for your home, we'll work with you on an hourly basis, to achieve your vision within your budget. We'll provide apx three different concepts that will be both Code and jurisdictionally compliant.

Whether we've created a home plan for you or you already have one, we'll develop these into a engineered set plans that can be submitted for a building permit. Suburban Renewal will manage the project through the entire City permit process.

Development of an addition, remodel, or new home can be expensive. Prior to any work starts, our Pre-Construction managers gather labor, material and associated soft costs and ensure they align with your budget.

You can use your own General Contractor or work with our sub contracted GC, Black Chair Construction. With over 25 yrs of building homes, their team, along with the architectural plans we've created, will develop a space that will exceed your expectations.
