Once the design has been developed in the Feasibility Study, it moves into final development, resulting in blueprint plans. Suburban Renewal submits the construction plans into the applicable municipality and manages the process resulting in building permits.

•Floor plans, building elevations, site plan, roof plans and all associated technical drawings required for permit issuance and construction

•Coordination with the Structural Engineer (3rd party)

•Continued design review, further tailored to budgetary parameters. Ensure design is commensurate with construction budget.

•Submittal of the project, all technical drawing, and specifications into the appropriate municipality

•Direct management of the process resulting in the building permit.
